I remember the days (before I worked here and when I was a Member of Cascade) when the Training Calendar came in the mail. That was the day that I took the old Training Calendar off of top of the “permanent pile” on my desk and put the new one in it’s place. I loved that calendar, it helped me out. I could pick it up when I was writing a disciplinary action and find a class that would help an employee get back on the right path. I would pick it up to find out what was new that I needed to know in the world of compliance by the newest training titles. I would schedule carefully; picking out the right times, people and classes.
So what has changed since then? Well, now I work at Cascade to bring the right information at the right time to our Members. The catalog doesn’t always come by mail anymore, and you can look at the newest one here!
What hasn’t changed? The classes and trainers are still the highest quality, and many choices and locations are by our Members’ request.
