No one can know everything, but Human Resources seems to come with a lot of little details to learn that can really make or break your success on the job. Just OFLA/FMLA* alone can keep you up at night, wondering what you don’t know!

I’m going to be talking more here about learning, and also sharing some of the resources I find that help me learn. I personally learn by taking in information. TONS of information. If you were to cut me off from blogs, books, and TED talks, I would just curl up in a ball and sob.

Would you help me out and take a minute to answer the poll on our Facebook page? I’d like to know how you personally learn best in order to keep up with your job!

*Happy tip for Cascade Members: just login to the Members Only site and get the Family Leave guidelines and new forms that Jenna Reed just updated. Then you can sleep at night!
