I love this picture. Butterflies don’t look that pretty when they start out, but after a fairly lengthy process, they become something completely different then what they were in the beginning.
In this video (so good!) David Marquet, as the commanding officer of a submarine, had to reinvent his leadership style into something that turned out to be the opposite of what he originally thought would work. And he allowed an entire crew to become leaders themselves in the process. This is one of the newest offerings from Jonathon Fields’ videos in his inspiring ”Good Life Project.”
