This Sunday is Daylight Savings Time.  For those of you who run graveyard shifts, do you know how to pay your employees while our clocks are springing forward?

The FLSA requires that employees be paid for all hours worked.  Typically, during the time change in the spring, employees working through the time change will work one less hour than they normally do, and be paid accordingly.  Typically, during the time change in the fall, employees working through the time change will work one additional hour than they normally do, and be paid accordingly.
